 The former X Factor judge glammed up for an event in London, dazzling in a floor-length gown and a stunning hairdo that must have taken hours to craft.
However, her eye-catching appearance was overshadowed by her humiliating fall at the launch of her Project D fashion range.
It all unfolded when she misjudged the first step and lost her balance as she left the style soiree.
She tried fruitlessly to stay on her feet, using a couple of flailing arms in a desperate bid to defy calamity.
